About. This project consists of the reconstruction of concrete neighborhood streets in the Sleep Hollow subdivision. The reconstruction projects are based on priorities derived from the Right-of-Way Assessment and resulting Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and will replace existing concrete pavement with new concrete pavement in the identified neighborhoods. The project includes a Waterline replacement on Sleepy Hollow Drive, Washington Irving and Rip Van Winkle, along with Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation on Sleepy Hollow.
This project is part of a larger Street Reconstruction project that also includes the current Street Reconstruction in Linwood Oak and Orange Circle, and Sherwood subdivision in the future.
Scope. This project involves replacing the concrete roadway by matching the existing width and will maintain a rural cross-section. The existing roadside ditches will be cleaned and will be improved where necessary. This project also includes Waterline replacements and Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation.
This project is part of the 2019 Bond referendum.
