Pearland’s Weather Station

To help residents take the guesswork out of whether they need to apply water to their lawns and landscapes, Pearland installed weather monitoring stations across the community.

Each weather station collects:

• daily temperature, high and low  
• humidity percentage along with the ‘feels like’ temperature  
• the precipitation for the day, along with the seasonal total
• wind speed and
• barometer reading
