Accomplishments

• Preparing the 2007 Bond Program for a successful referendum
• Creation and implementation of the City of Pearland Project Delivery Model: strategies, policies, and procedures for the Projects Department to improve project delivery
• Implementation of Pro-Trak : A web-based collaborative tool for project implementation and documentation
• Developed the City’s first Five Year CIP Budget in conjunction with the Finance Department
• Successfully developing projects that have been awarded federal/state transportation funds: $162M for thirteen (13) projects between 2012-2022
• Delivery of approximately $239M of capital projects at City of Pearland
