The Customer Portal provides access to water usage data collected by the City’s smart meter network. Usage can be reviewed at various intervals, as low as hourly. Leak alerts and high usage notifications are available and can be delivered via email, text messages, or phone call. Going out of town? Set an Unplanned Use Notification to know if there is any unexpected use.
