The City of Pearland's Capital Projects Division aims to effectively deliver quality transportation, impeccable facilities, smooth flowing drainage, and numerous different utility projects as identified in the Capital Improvement Program. This is all done while being on-time and within budget.

What is the CIP?
The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) is the long-range plan for all individual capital improvement projects and funding sources for the City of Pearland. CIP has unique construction projects that provide improvements or additions such as land, buildings, and infrastructure to the City.

Northern Brazoria County Subregional Plan (SPI) 
The SPI program, provides funding and assistance for locally driven transportation and land use planning studies. The outcome of the program is locally-approved transportation and mobility improvement recommendations to be included in the Regional Transportation Plan.
