UPDATE TO POLICE INVESTIGATE DEATHS
Pearland Police investigators confirmed that the bodies located at a residence in the 11500 block of Island Breeze Street appeared to be the result of a murder-suicide, however the investigation is ongoing.

PCPAAA DONATES EQUIPMENT TOTALING $16,000 TO POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Pearland Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association donated 8 fully-equipped Cannondale 29er Law Enforcement 1 patrol bicycles to the Pearland Police Department. The Bike Patrol Unit, a part-time unit within the Operations Division of the Department, recently expanded from six part-time positions to 16 part-time officers which resulted in a need for more bikes.
