Pre-Development meetings are typically virtual WebEx meetings scheduled on Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Each meeting is scheduled to be one hour long.
During the meeting, Staff articulates a checklist that explains the various city ordinances pertinent to that project, the permitting and development processes, and rules and regulations adopted by the City.
Following the meeting the applicant will receive a packet from staff with information about the development process and code references that will apply to the project.
