On Saturday, January 30, 2016 the Dawson High School Band Boosters invite runners and walkers to participate in the 6th annual Dawson Winter Dash.  The 1 mile fun run begins at 8:30 am and the chip-timed 5K begins at 9 am. 

The event will be held at Turner High School on Bailey Road and is a part of the City of Pearland’s Winterfest.  Winterfest activities take place just across Veterans Rd. at the Recreation Center and Natatorium.

Packet pick-up is Friday, January 29 at the Recreation Center and Natatorium from 2-6 pm and at the starting area the morning of the race. Walk-up registration will be accepted at packet pickup and the morning of the race.

Each race participant will receive a ticket to Winterfest – the City of Pearland’s winter-themed festival featuring a snow tubing hill, games, food and entertainment.

Proceeds from the race benefit the Dawson High School Eagle Band and Catalyst Color Guard.
