All applications are applicable to Chapter 30 - Utilities, Section 30-35 #7, "Temporary water service, up to two thousand (2,000) gallons for residential landlords / property managers for maximum of ten (10) days, is available at full cost which shall include fees to temporarily connect and disconnect. In the event more time is required, a new account must be established. In the event more than two thousand (2,000) gallons is used, the City retains the right to assess all applicable fees and charges."

Answering the following questions will complete the application.

I understand that the City will begin water service by making a physical connection located outside the building or buildings to be served. I understand that the City will not have access to any building served and will not determine if there are any open faucets or water system leaks inside the building. If there are any open faucets or water systems leaks that cause damage to the property, I agree not to hold the City responsible for any damages arising there from.

I understand that the City requires a minimum of two working days notice to connect service.

I understand that the City will not initiate service if the meter indicates that water is running.

I agree to pay a temporary service fee and deposit to establish service for my rental property. I agree that the service is connected for 10 days and will automatically be disconnected. I agree to pay all charges above the 2,000 gallon base fee when billed.
