  • Sewer backup or leak

  • Stormsewer overflow

  • Emergency shut off at the meter for customer leak

Examples of After Hour Emergency Calls:

  • If your water has been cut off for non-payment, the after-hour crew cannot resume your water service
    • Please contact Water Billing office at (281) 652-1603 during business hours; 8 AM to 5 PM; Monday through Friday (except holidays). 
  • Billing questions should be made to the office during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
    • The after-hours answering service does not have access to account information.
    • Please submit your questions to water billing and we will respond within two business days.
