Description

Students will learn the correct procedures in recognizing child abuse and the law regarding the responsibility of police in the investigation of child abuse cases. Emphasis will be on signs of child abuse, interviewing witnesses, case preparation, and Child Protective Services.

This course meets Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) requirements #2105
