The City of Pearland ambulance fees are comparable to other 911 ambulance providers in the Houston region.  Private health insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid may pay for all or part of your ambulance bill depending on the specifics of your policy.  Patients are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or anything not covered by insurance. Emergicon provides billing services for the City and files claims directly with insurance carriers where applicable.

Any Ambulance Records or Ambulance Billing request with a date of service before January 1, 2023, please email EMSRecordsRequest@pearlandtx.gov with all the proper documentation to release the records and with any forms that need to be filled out and mailed back.
