The City of Pearland's Capital Improvement Program is developed in order to further our commitment to the citizens of Pearland by working to meet today’s needs, as well as those of the future ensuring a sustainable infrastructure.

From work on underground water and sewer lines to more visible projects such as street paving, street extensions, and new community facilities, the five-year CIP addresses the needs of the City through responsible City Government with a comprehensive and fiscally responsible approach.
