ABOUT
The City of Pearland is committed to maintaining healthy and vibrant neighborhoods for all residents. Instrumental in achieving this critical goal is the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
A portion of CDBG funds is used towards the City's Home Repair Program. This program is designed to assist eligible low-moderate income Pearland homeowners that occupy their homes, for needed minor repairs to their homes.
If you are a current resident of Pearland and are interested in the Home Repair Program, please complete the interest field provided on this page.
You will then be contacted by our Housing Rehabilitation Officer within 48 business hours to discuss program eligibility and next steps.
Note: Completion of this Interest Form, does NOT constitute approval for repairs, as you must meet certain requirements to be eligible, including but not limited to income criteria, residency status and homeowner status.
