To apply for an Alcoholic Beverage Permit
All businesses must complete forms and get certifications. You’ll need to fill out the TABC Prequalification Packet, Location Packet and Business Packet. A fully completed TABC application must be submitted to the City Secretary.
The appropriate City fees will be collected upon approval of the permit.
The following information is provided for potential applicants seeking to obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Permit:
Effective October 1, 2014, the City of Pearland adopted Ordinance No. 1502-1 stating "no person shall manufacture, sell, distribute or store any alcoholic beverage within the city without first obtaining a permit from the City Secretary. Prior to the issuance of a permit pursuant to this Chapter, the applicant for the permit shall pay to the city such fees as are authorized by state law." The City fee (one-half of the state fee) is due upon establishment or renewal of the state fee.
The City will make every effort to process applications in a timely manner. Please allow 3-5 days for a response.
