Katie Leininger attended Trinity University on a National Merit Scholarship, graduating cum laude in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and History. She graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2009. Prior to working for the City of Pearland, Ms. Leininger worked in the 106th Judicial District prosecuting felonies in Dawson, Gaines, Garza, and Lynn Counties.
