After-Hours Emergency
To report an emergency to the Public Works department between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. please call 281.652.1900. If you have a Public Works related emergency after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or 24 hours a day on the weekend, please call 281.652.1900 and our answering service will contact the proper Public Works crews immediately.

Mission Statement
The mission of this department is to continually improve the planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance  and management of the City's infrastructure; to provide reliable quality service to our customers, and to provide support service to other City departments. 

To request assistance with a Public Works related emergency, you can contact us at 281.652.1900. This line is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Some examples of a Public Works related emergency include: backed up sewers, water main breaks, no water, dirty water, and debris in the road that is impeding traffic flow.
