Keep Pearland Beautiful (KPB) recently received the 2015 Affiliate Award of Excellence from the Keep America Beautiful (KAB) national program. 

Keep Pearland Beautiful is dedicated to promoting the cleanliness and beautification of the City of Pearland through education, public awareness and community involvement. In qualifying for the 2015 Affiliate Award, Keep Pearland Beautiful met and exceeded KAB standards of excellence in litter prevention, beautification, recycling and waste reduction, community involvement, leveraging resources, raising public awareness and recognizing individuals and groups for their efforts. 

KAB is a leading national nonprofit organization that inspires and educates people to take action to improve and beautify their community environment. Each year, KAB recognizes its top affiliates at the National Affiliate Awards ceremony held at their national conference.

“This award is a testament to the staff, board members and dedicated volunteers that make it possible for Keep Pearland Beautiful to continue doing great work in the community,” said KPB Executive Director, Andrew Miller.
