A sign permit is required prior to the erection, installation or modification of any sign. The design of all permanent signs requiring permit shall be certified by a professional engineer for structural integrity.

Please review the Sign Ordinance (Chapter 4, Division 5) prior to submitting for a Sign or Banner Permit.

*All signs for new tenants to a space or business name changes must have an Operating Certificate or Certificate of Occupancy submitted and approved prior to sign permit application. Sign permit applications will not be approved if a Business Registration is not on file for the subject address.
