Welcome to the City of Pearland Public Works Department. This department includes the following divisions: Administration, Fleet Department, Streets & Drainage, Wastewater Treatment, Water Production, Distribution & Collections, Right of Way Management and Facilities Management.

Fleet Department
The Fleet Maintenance Department provides high quality, cost effective, and sustainable fleet management services to all internal departments of the City of Pearland.
Streets DivisionStreets Division creates and maintains a safe and effective transportation infrastructure.
Drainage Division
The Drainage Division creates and maintains a safe and effective storm water drainage infrastructure.
Traffic Operations & Maintenance enhances mobility throughout the city through continual evaluation and maintenance of the transportation infrastructure of the City of Pearland.
The Wastewater Treatment division efficiently and effectively treats City of Pearland wastewater to protect the environment. The Water Production division is to safely provide clean, superior, high quality potable water for the citizens of Pearland, while offering professional and timely customer service.
Water Production
The Water Production & Treatment Division is responsible for providing a safe and dependable water supply to all citizens of the City and surrounding areas.
Distribution and Collections
The Construction Division completes water, sewer, drainage and concrete projects to the City of Pearland standards. The Maintenance division repairs and improves water and sewer infrastructure that meets the need of our citizens and businesses.
Right of Way Management
The Right of Way Division coordinates the acquisition of land to build, widen or enhance highways, and provides relocation assistance when needed. The division also coordinates utility adjustments and the disposition and leasing of surplus real property owned by TxDOT. It also regulates outdoor advertising signs and junkyards.
Facilities Management
The mission of Facilities Management Division at the City of Pearland is to effectively and efficiently maintain City-owned facilities and provide a safe and clean environment to support City employees in their efforts to provide quality services to the public.
