For events with an expected attendance of up to 10,000 people. 

Examples include concerts, festivals, carnivals, fairs, theater productions, or markets.

For events with an expected attendance of up to 100 people.

Examples include birthday parties, family reunions, weddings and corporate picnics.

Base Rental Fees & Deposits 

Events open to the public and include sales (e.g. ticket sales, merchandise, food and beverage, etc.) will be charged the base area rental fee and 5% of net revenues.

  Non-Profit (501c3 organization)

Please note: A resident refers to a person or organization within the City of Pearland. The event organizer must reside or operate a business within the Corporate City Limits of Pearland to qualify for the resident rate. A non-resident resides outside the City of Pearland. For Non-Profit organization, the event organizer must provide a current copy of IRS non-profit determination letter.
