Concerts in the Park
Come out and relax to the tunes of a live band every Friday night during the months of May and June at Southdown Park. Food vendors will be on hand selling a delicious variety of foods while the Splash Pad and playground will be available for the kids. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and picnic baskets then sit back and enjoy an evening of fun and family entertainment.

Tom Reid Library Grand Re-Opening
Get ready for the Grand Re-opening of the Tom Reid Library! The grand opening will take place on Saturday, May 12 @ 10 a.m., beginning with a ceremony and ribbon cutting. Be sure to stop by for a showcase of our dynamic library programming with family fun throughout the day! We'll even have a special appearance by "The Star Garrison of the 501st Legion", with Stormtroopers, imperial forces and other Star Wars Villians! The event is free and open to the public.
